So I've been away for a while
Jul. 8th, 2019 08:01 pmRoommate was traveling, and then I was traveling, and then she was traveling and I'm fairly certain one of the last was on whether she should watch Good Omens or not (she did not like the book when she read it), and I, having watched the entire series during work said I didn't enjoy it that much and she probably shouldn't bother.
Whelp, she's coming home today and idk how to tell her that I have since re-watched it with the BF, totally reversed my position, watched this amazing fanvid one hundred fifty times, read at least a novel's worth of fanfic on it and written 1.5k myself after a nine month dry-spell?? I have literally no idea what happened. (Actually, once I wrote this account down I became pretty sure what happened was the re-watch occured when I could actually look at the screen the whole time and see all the tragic, star-crossed lovers looks)
Been walking around for like 5 days in that new fandom fever trying not to yell at people about it because it feels like the socially acceptable time for that has passed but oh boy it's like all my brain wants to do right now. Also, I did a pretty good job of actually working on my first day back today, so yeah....I'm gonna see if I can actually finish writing a fic for the first time in (checks Ao3 profile) TWO YEARS.
